1. Use of Website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or interferes with the operation or security of the website.
2. Products & Services
FASteambanners specializes in custom team banners, pennants, signage, and custom artwork, including hand-painted (airbrushed) and printed banner products. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products:
- All banners and custom items are produced specifically for each customer order.
- Colors, layout, fonts, and placement may vary slightly from digital proofs or sample images.
- Hand-painted and airbrushed items will naturally vary due to their artistic nature.
- Custom and personalized orders are final sale unless damaged or defective.
3. Proof Approvals
For many custom banner orders, a digital proof may be provided prior to production. By approving a proof, you confirm that all names, spelling, colors, sizes, and details are correct.
- Once a proof is approved, the order moves into production.
- FASteambanners is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
- Delays in proof approval may delay production and shipping timelines.
4. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud
- Pricing or listing errors
- Production limitations
- Inappropriate or trademark-restricted design requests
5. Production & Turnaround Times
Production times vary depending on order size, customization level, and seasonal demand. Estimated turnaround times shown on the website are not guarantees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Late proof approvals
- Shipping carriers
- Weather
- Holidays
- Customs delays for international shipments
6. Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the care of the carrier.
FASteambanners is not responsible for delays, lost packages, customs holds, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because most items are custom-made:
- Custom or personalized banners and products are not returnable.
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
- Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery with approval.
- Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, we may request photos for review before issuing a replacement or refund.
8. Design Rights & Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, layouts, images, and content created by FASteambanners remain the intellectual property of FASteambanners unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers confirm they have the right to use any logos, names, or artwork submitted for custom orders.
We reserve the right to refuse designs that infringe trademarks, copyrights, or contain inappropriate content.
9. Limitation of Liability
FASteambanners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Event & Rush Order Disclaimer
Customers ordering for tournaments, games, or scheduled events should place orders well in advance. While we do our best to meet requested timelines, production and shipping timelines are not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for missed events due to shipping delays or late approvals.
- Rush production requests may be accepted but do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
- Customers are responsible for ordering with adequate lead time.
14. Outdoor Use & Weather
Banners are designed for typical outdoor use; however, exposure to extreme weather, high winds, improper installation, or extended sun exposure may reduce lifespan.
FASteambanners is not responsible for damage caused by weather, improper hanging, or misuse after delivery.
15. Installation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for proper installation and securing of banners. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper installation or use.
