Most items sold by FASteambanners are custom made to order.

• Custom and personalized banners are final sale.
• Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
• We are not responsible for errors that were approved in proofs.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos so we can review and assist.

Approved issues may be eligible for replacement at our discretion.
